Ask about cellular backup on the quote. A professionally installed system can still reach ADT if OPPD or the Wi-Fi drops. The city and most of Douglas County sit on OPPD. OPPD covers some La Vista lots.
Is a leftover builder keypad already ADT?
Usually not. Builder leftover keypads in Elkhorn, Chalco, and Gretna plats die with the closing Wi-Fi. Photograph yours. We replace it with a professionally installed, ADT-monitored system — or we turn a real ADT panel back on if that is what is on the wall.
