West lots use the garage. Count the man-door. Count the overhead if you want it. A leftover builder keypad that never had a garage contact is not a complete system. Photograph it. Replace it if it is not ADT. Builder leftovers is the new-build piece.
Longer driveways and weaker Wi-Fi at the back fence are normal on 68022 and 68137. Outdoor cameras on Complete+ still need a plan. The panel’s cellular path is independent. Ask about OPPD backup. OPPD backup is the meter article.
SID taxes are not monitoring
Newer west Omaha and Elkhorn lots often sit in sanitary improvement districts. That tax is not ADT. That tax is not a camera license. Do not mix them on the quote. The occupancy card is still house versus condo, leftover keypad, cameras yes or no.
